What We're Looking For
Stytch is the platform for user authentication. We make it simple for developers to build complex, passwordless authentication flows in minutes. As one of our first few sales hires, you’ll work alongside the Head of Revenue and GTM Lead to manage and shape Stytch’s sales processes—with a keen focus on new business.
Our Sales Team is responsible for growing all new business at Stytch. You will be tasked with responding to inbound interest and developing creative outbound strategies to showcase the benefits of going passwordless to companies. You will play a critical role in shaping Stytch’s product roadmap through clearly-communicated feedback from prospects and customers. This is a highly collaborative and cross-functional role, where you’ll partner closely with Marketing, Design and Developer Relations.
You Will
Achieve and exceed your monthly metrics of booking qualified meetings and creating viable sales opportunities. The best of these opportunities become Stytch customers.
Form a close partnership with our AEs to ensure a seamless sales process.
Qualify (and disqualify) leads for the sales team, so those leads become opportunities.
Meet and exceed daily expectations of outreach via phone and email.
Share feedback with marketing and sales organizations, to ensure processes are optimized.
Manage and maintain data integrity in Salesforce.

The anticipated on target expectation is between $70,000 - $90,000. The anticipated base salary range is not inclusive of full benefits including equity, health care insurance, time off, paid parental leave, etc. This base salary is accurate based on information at the time of posting. Actual compensation for hired candidates will be determined using a number of factors including experience, skills, and qualifications.
