Stytch is the most powerful identity platform built for developers and the leading alternative to Auth0. In our mission to eliminate friction on the internet, we give developers the best tools to build robust authentication, authorization, and fraud prevention into applications, all while elevating the user experience.
As the Growth Marketing Manager at Stytch, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our reach and impact within the developer community. Your mission will be to develop and implement growth strategies that resonate with this core audience. You will leverage your understanding of developer marketing channels to craft targeted campaigns, optimize website and onboarding UX, partner with sales, and increase Stytch's visibility and engagement.
What Excites You
Growth leadership: Crafting and executing growth strategies that target and captivate developers.
Data and experimentation: Analyzing marketing performance and product data, customer feedback, and market trends to constantly innovate and refine strategy.
Acquisition strategy: Managing inbound acquisition channels and supporting outbound efforts, optimizing the mix of email marketing, ABM, paid marketing, and events to maximize ROI.
Campaign management: Leading multi-channel growth campaigns that span from early awareness to demand capture and deeper sales engagement.
Retention marketing: Directing lifecycle marketing that engages customers at critical moments in their journey to accelerate adoption and improve retention.
What Excites Us
Proven experience in growth marketing, especially with a focus on engaging software engineers and software engineering leaders.
Using data and analytics to drive growth marketing strategies.
Creative approaches to problem-solving and campaign execution.
Strong communication skills, able to articulate complex strategies effectively.
3+ years of experience in growth or marketing.
What Success Looks Like
Drive key acquisition and retention results by constantly optimizing and executing our growth strategy across existing and emerging developer channels.
Regularly share insights about Stytch’s funnel, our customer’s adoption journey, and key lifecycle milestones.
Lead marketing campaigns and projects that bring together marketing, sales, and product teams, as well as third-party contracts and agencies.
Establish a culture of data-driven decision-making within the marketing team, leading to more targeted and effective marketing strategies.
Expected base salary is between $130,000 and $175,000. The anticipated base salary range is not inclusive of full benefits including equity, health care insurance, time off, paid parental leave, etc. This base salary is accurate based on information at the time of posting. Actual compensation for hired candidates will be determined using a number of factors including experience, skills, and qualifications.
