What success looks like
Product launches - Launch products and features to market. Work with product and sales to develop a strategy, align the company on a plan, and then take the reins to manage the entire effort.
Sales enablement - Work with sales managers to develop and execute an enablement plan. Then, build the pitch decks, product training, and customer-facing content that sales needs to educate our customers.
Adoption lifecycle and persona research: Conduct customer research and develop buyer personas to share with executives and product partners. Launch new features:
Competitive intelligence: Conduct competitive and market analysis by analyzing win/loss rates, qualitative customer interviews, and external competitor research and synthesize into competitive battlecards
External product roadmap: Synthesize market, customer success, and sales needs to help inform and develop the product roadmap for the Marketing Campaign
Content creation - Learn how Stytch customers adopt the platform, identify where content is needed to help them move faster, and then produce that content. Work with the rest of the marketing team to maximize distribution of this content through appropriate channels, evaluate results, and iterate quickly.
Community engagement and leadership: Actively engage with and lead our developer community. This involves not just representing our brand, but also becoming a trusted voice within the community. This means organizing and participating in community events, forums, and discussions, both online and in person, to gather insights and share knowledge about Stytch's products.
