WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

You will be a business expert with excellent field knowledge of our applications. You will be able to manage and lead consulting teams in the definition of requirements and the implementation of our solutions, and fully manage projects. You will also identify further opportunities where SymphonyAI Retail | CPG can supply products and services in order to develop its commercial relationship with customers.

KEY ACTIVITIES

Act as a renowned functional and business expert in several areas of solution activity
Work with the Product and Project teams in the creation of solutions adapted to the customer business requirements
You will have high-level contact with customers
Responsible for the conception of a project scope
Lead and manage the conception team for their scope
Responsible for the implementation of a functional scope
Estimate the challenges of projects, analyze risks and anticipate and mitigate against possible problems by proposing suitable solutions
Plan deliverables
Determine business challenges, define, organize and orient business processes and organizational solutions to be implemented and propose them to the customer
Participate in the steering committee, lead strategic meetings with the customer
Lead and manage teams, evaluating the workload, planning the resources needed, and assigning tasks according to skills
Report regularly on the project progress and respect project management commitments
