What you will do :

    • Work in collaboration with the success and onboarding teams and leaders to optimize performance and metrics (revenue, net retention, product adoption…)
    • Work with Finance and the rest of the revenue operations team on forecasting, budgeting and capacity planning
    • Define and own incentives, KPI and targets
    • Work with key stakeholders in success & onboarding to build direction, long term vision and innovation
    • Standardize success and onboarding processes, workflows and playbooks globally
    • Collaborate with our system team to administrate the main system and tools used by success and onboarding teams
    • Ensure communication and partner with the enablement team to ensure training to relevant stakeholders
    • Help deliver automated customer strategies in collaboration with the customer marketing team
    • Drive cross functional projects to ensure and improve our customer centricity


Your Profile :

    • You have 5+ years of experience in consultancy or revenue / business operations function ideally in a tech or Saas environment
    • You have a strong experience in strategy planning and project management
    • You are customer centric and data driven
    • You are comfortable evolving in dynamic environments and dealing with shifting priorities
    • You are a results-driven, analytical yet empathic leader
    • You are proactive, organized, focused and can ruthlessly prioritize with a strong sense of accountability and ownership
    • You have exceptional written and verbal communication skills and an ability to work well in a global team using a variety of communication mechanisms
    • Fluency in English is mandatory
