ROLE
- Lead regular online and face-to-face meetings with franchise partners and provide business coaching!
- Provide feedback to HQ on ways to improve business operations and systems
- Liaise with other teams within the HQ to support franchise partners and grow their business
- Regularly review KPIs and set goals for franchise partners to reach
- Follow franchise brand and operational guidelines to ensure that the franchise is consistent
