Business Development Manager (BDM)

ROLE

  • Lead regular online and face-to-face meetings with franchise partners and provide business coaching!
  • Provide feedback to HQ on ways to improve business operations and systems
  • Liaise with other teams within the HQ to support franchise partners and grow their business
  • Regularly review KPIs and set goals for franchise partners to reach
  • Follow franchise brand and operational guidelines to ensure that the franchise is consistent
