IT Sales

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven IT Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for selling our range of IT products and services to new and existing clients, building relationships, and driving business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the technology industry, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of sales success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and target new business opportunities through research, networking, and cold calling.
  • Client Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and potential clients to understand their technology needs and offer tailored IT solutions.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on the latest IT products, services, and industry trends to effectively present and sell solutions to clients.
  • Sales Presentations & Demonstrations: Conduct product demos, presentations, and product trials to potential clients.
  • Consultative Selling: Act as a trusted advisor by understanding clients' pain points and recommending appropriate IT solutions (hardware, software, cloud services, etc.).
  • Negotiation & Closing: Manage the sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals, including negotiations, contract review, and finalizing agreements.
  • Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas and targets.
  • Customer Support: Provide post-sale support by collaborating with the customer service and technical teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and client interactions in the CRM system.
  • Market Research: Monitor competitors and industry trends to adapt sales strategies and identify new opportunities.
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in IT sales, technology solutions, or a related field.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with IT products, software solutions, cloud computing, cybersecurity, or hardware.
  • Sales Skills: Proven ability to generate leads, close deals, and manage a sales pipeline.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex information in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to assess client needs and offer solutions that align with their business objectives.
  • Technical Aptitude: Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud technologies, software solutions, or networking.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Tools: Proficiency with CRM software, Microsoft Office, and other sales tools. Experience in selling enterprise-level IT solutions.
