Sui is a step-function advancement in blockchain and a platform on which creators and developers can build amazing, user-friendly experiences.About The RoleWe’re looking for an experienced, creative Integrated Marketing Manager to manage our current email and web marketing operations. You will develop and execute effective email marketing strategies that drive engagement and growth across Sui’s various audiences. In addition, you will manage and implement web best practices to ensure clear messaging and positioning across several web properties. As part of our dynamic integrated marketing team, you will collaborate closely with the Content, Product Marketing, Design, Partner Marketing, Events, Developer Relations, and Communications teams to ensure cohesive and impactful communications.Responsibilities• Establish a comprehensive email marketing strategy to enhance and optimize our email communications across audiences and better leverage email as a channel to achieve our marketing objectives and key results.• Manage and optimize the company's websites, ensuring they are up to date and on brand.• Design, build, and execute various email campaigns, including biweekly and monthly newsletters, promotional emails, and automated workflows, ensuring optimization for different devices and email clients.• Utilize SEO, SEM, PPC, and other digital marketing techniques to drive traffic and improve search engine rankings.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute email communication for a variety of initiatives, including product launches, event registration, and developer updates.• Ensure all email communication is engaging, informative, and aligned with brand voice and goals.• Generate regular reports on email and web campaign performance and use data-driven approaches to inform and refine our strategies, leveraging analytics to optimize campaign performance and achieve better results and higher ROI.• Determine and implement effective audience segmentation strategies to send timely and relevant email communications tailored to specific audience behaviors, preferences, and demographics.• Create and manage always-on email campaigns, such as welcome and onboarding series for new subscribers, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience.Requirements• 4-5 years of proven experience as an Integrated Marketing Manager or similar role, with a strong track record executing both email and web marketing strategies.• In-depth knowledge of email marketing platforms and best practices.• Familiarity with modern web and web-adjacent technologies like Webflow, Airtable, Notion, and Google Analytics.• Ability to use data analytics to drive email and web marketing strategies and optimize campaign performance.• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and a creative mindset.• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities and requirements.• Familiarity with HTML/CSS for email template customization is a plus.• Experience in audience segmentation and personalized email marketing.• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to drive engagement and retention through email and web channels.• Ability to stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to incorporate innovative strategies into email marketing efforts.• Web3 experience preferred.Our team is 100% remote, and we welcome applicants from around the globe.
