Staff Software Engineer (IBM BPM)

They have a passion for creating cutting-edge BPM (Business Process Management) solutions using the latest automation technologies and practices. They should have expertise in IBM BPM (Business Process Manager) and BAW (Business Automation Workflow) platforms, with experience in integrating these with microservices, cloud-native architectures, and DevOps pipelines. The ideal candidate will be a strong system designer, capable of implementing scalable, automated solutions for business processes, but also a skilled communicator who can present complex automation and workflow designs clearly and persuasively.

• BA/BS in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on cloud-native applications and automation platforms.
• Strong expertise in IBM Cloud Pak for Automation and Red Hat OpenShift.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure services like Kubernetes, Docker, and IBM Cloud.
• In-depth knowledge of automation technologies (RPA, ODM, BAW).

Preferred Skills, Capabilities & Experiences:

• Experience designing automation workflows in Cloud Pak for Business Automation.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes clusters and container management.
• Familiarity with IBM Cloud Pak and their application to enterprise-grade solutions.
• Technical knowledge of databases like SQL, NoSQL, and distributed databases is preferred.
