Summer 2023: Maintenance Reliability Intern, Undergraduate

Our Summer Internship Experience (SIE) is a 10-week program that allows students to dive into a project relevant to their studies to further grow and develop their learnings. During our 10-week program you will participate in trainings, development sessions, as well as lots of exciting programming!

The dates of our 2023 Program will be June 5th, 2023 – August 11th, 2023 and will consist of a 37.5-hour work week.

Quality, efficiency, and safety all play a big role in our work at Danone. Manufacturing the best products and supplying them to meet demand is a key driver for the Supply Chain team.

• You will assist group with special projects, including data pulls and analysis and workload as needed
• You will work on key supply chain projects, contributing to productivity and customer solutions. Projects will vary based on department
• You will analyze performance metrics, such as fill rate and on time delivery. Recommend areas for improvement
• You will drive Key Performance Indexes improvements
• You will effectively work with key customers, both internally and externally
• You will conduct weekly status meetings to report progress, resolve issues and make decisions supporting any project work
• You will actively engage in cross learning opportunities to establish an understanding Danone and specifically the Supply Chain function

• You will currently be enrolled in an undergraduate program with a graduation date after August 2023
• You will have prior internship experience or work experience in a corporate environment.
• You will have proven proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams)
• You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills
• You will have strong, proven potential leadership skills
• You will have excellent attention to detail
