If you're a T-shaped engineer with a wealth of full-stack/frontend experience and excitement for building foundational AI platforms, we want you on our cross-functional team. As a Staff Full-stack Engineer you will

  • Be a thought leader in evolving modern web applications and emerging technologies.

  • Collaborate with product and clinical team members to understand the problems our providers and patients face.

  • Propose, design and implement scalable solutions that help power our frictionless healthcare.

  • Work with a small team of engineers to operate and maintain our event and workflow-based backend architecture.

  • Model and uphold high standards for an inclusive and diverse engineering team.

You may be a fit for this role if you

  • Have 6+ years of experience in software development.

  • Demonstrate depth in modern web application frameworks and patterns.

  • Can build modern React applications with clear separation of concern and testablity.

  • Adopt an AI-centric workflow and thinking approach to solutioning.

  • Are opinionated on approaches and solutions but humble to adapt and learn the right tools for the problem and team.

  • Have experience with HIPAA compliance or a willingness to learn.

  • Thrive in a collaborative yet distributed working environment. Our team is distributed throughout the US with most in NYC and SF.

  • Care deeply about providing the best care to the thousands of families using our platform to build the healthiest generation.

  • Competitive base salary. Compensation offered for this role will be based on multiple factors like experience and expertise.

  • Equity compensation. All of our offers include meaningful stock options.
