We are looking for a Commercial Account Manager to act as a trusted advisor to clients, driving usage, upsells, and customer success.

Skills

  • 2-3+ years of client-facing experience
  • Ability to understand complex ecosystems and build relationships with technical and non-technical customers
  • Proven success in developing relationships and working with technical products
  • Knowledge or willingness to learn about SaaS, Infrastructure, and observability and security use-cases
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Responsibilities

  • Own post-sale engagement, growth, and success of client portfolio
  • Drive cross-sell opportunities for additional products and features
  • Develop strategies for driving product adoption and client retention
  • Advocate for clients internally by sharing feedback and insights
