User Experience Researcher - UX

Sumo Logic is seeking a User Experience Researcher/Designer with a focus on B2B space and technical products to join their user experience design team.

Skills

Experience in conducting contextual inquiry interviews
Strong understanding of UX, HCI, and social science
Ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative insights
Excellent communication and presentation skills

Responsibilities

Identify research topics and define studies to address user behavior and attitudes
Plan and conduct generative and evaluative user studies
Synthesize research findings and present them effectively to stakeholders
Recruit research participants and collect feedback for iterative product refinements

Education

BA/BS degree in related fields or equivalent practical experience
