How you will contribute :• Provides direct support for our Health Capabilities and product related deliverables to cross-functional business units, including but not limited to product features, contract review and assessment, internal business processes, and external market / competitive landscape, and external vendor review and assessment.• Partners with colleagues across the business unit to research, evaluate and implement "Best Practices" and process improvements - may include product review and evaluation, product related technology initiatives, and general business processes tied to Health products and associated services.• Supports the deployment and enhancement of operational processes, including technology-based solutions, aligned to specific value streams associated with Health products or the introduction or refinement of new or existing product solutions.• Monitors product initiatives, supports program performance data analysis and reporting, develops recommendations for improving tracking and performance leveraging existing Project Management and Product Development Processes.• Assist with responding to product-related inquiries from internal teams and external partners, including Clients and Brokers• Collaborates with Health & Risk Solutions Go-to-Market team in the development and execution of product marketing, thought leadership, and voice of customer collection and strategies.• Contributes to internal and external research activities including, Focus Groups, Agile Design Sessions, and annual survey development.• Provides direct product support to Learning & Development, including reviews of internal training material and supporting the delivery of product training to new hires and experienced new hires as needed.• Supports Product Development initiatives, including concept design and testing, development / build, operational readiness / system support, tracking / oversight of control phase.What you will bring with you :• Ability to work with a diverse range of people• 3+ years of Industry experience within a health-related field, such as self-funded medical services market, care delivery, health plans, employer health benefits preferred.• Product Development or Management experience, including competency in employer benefit health products and knowledge of self-funded market and ecosystem is desirable.• Experience in developing operational solutions and partnering within a matrixed organization.• Fluency in employer benefit products including product development and design and related client and member experience, go-to-market, distribution, and operational business process knowledge.• Experience working in a fast-paced environment and comfortability with MVPs, Test & Learns and Pilots• Strong relationship building and project management skills.• Proficient in data analysis and segmentation.• Ability to think creatively to resolve, routine, complex and / or non-routine issues.• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.• Self-motivation with the ability to handle multiple priorities.• General understanding of Project Management Process, with a willingness to obtain PMP certification / training.Do you see yourself in this role even if you haven’t checked all the boxes above?
