About the Role

The UXR Team is built into our product design team, and is the key team responsible for discovering what our customers want and how they’re using our products. From direct interviews with customers to running tests, experiments, and surveys, UXR teammates take a data driven approach to identifying opportunities and understanding how we are providing value at Super. If you are curious, love experimentation, and have a heart for people and getting to know what matters to them, this is the spot for you!

• Collaborate with PMs, other PDs, and other UXR teammates to conduct user Interviews, research, and analysis on our customers and the market
• Collaborate with and manage aspects of our customer interview process to directly coordinate with customers and testers needed for research
• Create, run, and synthesize usability tests, surveys, and more to understand our customers point of view and needs
• Collaborate with PDs on integrating prototypes into testing and articulate findings
• Research the market and collaborate with marketing on understanding market trends, opportunities, and identifying personas
• Create survey question sets and interview discussion guides, program surveys, analyze study results and create reports.
