Why This Job Actually Matters

Let's be real, short-form isn't the future anymore. It's right now.

You'll be crafting videos for brands everyone knows, experimenting with formats that haven't been done before, and defining what actually works in a space where most brands are still figuring things out.

This isn't about posting random content and hoping it sticks. You'll be creating strategies that millions of people will see, working directly with some of the biggest names in the business.

What You'll Actually Be Doing

As our Short-Form Social Media Strategist, you'll:

  • Make Content People Actually Click On: Create those can't-scroll-past thumbnails, hooks that grab attention in the first second, titles that make people stop scrolling, and concepts that keep viewers watching to the end.
  • Build Content Plans That Work: Develop strategies for YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, and TikTok that actually drive engagement and growth. You'll write openings that hook viewers, create stories that keep them watching, and build content that people share.
  • Run Projects End-to-End: Take ideas from concept to finished product, work closely with our editors and creators, and use performance data to make everything better with each release.

Who We're Looking For

  • You already spend hours on TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Instagram Reels – not just watching, but analyzing why certain videos work.
  • You've got a never-ending list of content ideas in your notes app right now.
  • You can see the big picture, how each piece of content fits into a larger strategy.
  • You don't need someone looking over your shoulder. You take initiative, communicate clearly, and get things done.
  • You actually care about the numbers, views, engagement, watch time and know how to use that data to make better content.
  • Bonus: You've grown a short-form channel yourself or managed one professionally.
