ROLE 👩🏽‍💻👨‍💻

• Recruit for high-priority positions across the organization
• Sell the Superhuman Mission, Vision, and Values to candidates while building relationships and screening to alignment with our core values
• Collaborate closely and partner with the entire hiring team to solve complex hiring challenges and drive decisions efficiently
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders 
• Research and source qualified candidates through email outreach, LinkedIn, Boolean, social media outreach, referrals, events, and other innovative means
• Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives including our diverse slate approach
• Help us hold a high bar on and continue to improve our recruiting processes and best practices

SOUND LIKE YOU? 🙌

• Experience: You have 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment (in-house SaaS startup preferred) with at least 2+ years focused on corporate and/or tech recruiting
• Tools of the Trade: You have experience with passive sourcing platforms, active candidate marketplaces, and applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse preferred)

• Delight Focused: You are boundlessly optimistic! You care about going the extra mile for prospects, candidates, and your teammates, and think of new ways to put a smile on peoples’ faces.
• Resilient Project Driver: You own your work from start to finish and never leave a loose end. There is no roadblock you can’t overcome! 
• Location: We're open to you joining us in our San Francisco office, or from a home office anywhere in North America or South America.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS 🎁

• Our salary for this role is $58-$68/hr for a 4-5 month contract, offering the potential for contract extension based on performance and business needs.
• MacBook Pro + workstation setup for the duration of your contract.
