Who we are looking for

We seek ambitious, relentless drivers of revenue who are unstoppable in their pursuit of exceeding quotas, launching new verticals, and delivering best-in-class experiences for clients. As our early team member focused on revenue, you will drive packaging and vertical selection with our management team, and be responsible for building out a team of sales reps who want to build the fastest growing revenue line in AI. You are based in Boston, and are ready to bring on the next 3-4 teammates, establishing our sales hub for the US.

What you’ll do

  • Transition our notetaker product from product-led to sales-led with over 2,000 new, qualified organizations a month. 
  • Identify, screen and close high value opportunities while handling high volumes. 
  • Craft new packages for voice agents with our CEO, bringing new verticals to market. 
  • Scale up inbound and outbound sales representatives by vertical, running a team of 10-15 within a year. 

What you’ll bring

  • Experience in transitioning from product led to sales led go to market
  • 4+ years’ of experience in B2B SaaS with a proven ability to prospect, qualify, negotiate and close. 
  • Success in closing 20+ deals per quarter at $25,000 ACV or higher. 
  • Top 10% performer in your current organization, with a drive to redefine expectations. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Highly adaptable to the startup environment and incredible speed to market with new concepts, features and product lines.
