The Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and effective enterprise sales professional capable of driving growth in both net new and expansion revenue. A strong sense of taking initiative and the ability to work independently, as well as part of a team, is essential. You will be reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Be a key player in influencing how the company achieves revenue goals by building comprehensive sales strategies.

  • Execute the full sales cycle motion with Enterprise businesses including hunting, qualifying, educating, pricing and contract negotiating, and closing deals.

  • Nurture relationships with existing clients and drive product feedback to pinpoint cross-selling and up-selling opportunities.

  • Deliver excellent customer service at all levels of client interaction, from initial contact to after-sales support, to ensure client satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.

  • Identify new business opportunities by staying updated on industry news, conducting market research, and networking with industry professionals.

  • Be the face and voice of Superorder at industry trade shows and conferences.

About You

  • 3+ years of experience working in a high volume inside or outside sales environment selling to Mid-Market to Enterprise sized businesses.

  • Based in NYC or willing to relocate

  • Experience managing full sales cycles from lead generation to closing.

  • Ability to navigate sales and internal tools quickly (CRM, Sales Tech Stack, Google Apps).

  • Excellent communication skills demonstrated by the ability to work cross-functionally with various departments (ie operations, engineering, product, and success) to build solutions.

  • Strong knowledge of sales performance metrics and the ability to analyze and identify areas of improvement.

  • Monthly travel to trade shows and conferences is required.

  • You’re an a pro at sales execution and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • High growth and/or early stage startup experience

  • Experience working in the restaurant tech industry (strongly preferred)

  • Experience selling at trade shows and conferences

Compensation

  • $160-180k OTE
