As a Production Supervisor, you will coordinate Packing or Processing operations, maintaining high quality and sanitation. You will supervise and direct a team in a manner that will maximize productivity and efficiency while minimizing cost. In this position you will engage in Nestlé Continuous Excellence activities to drive results. You will also support the collection, entry and reporting of manufacturing records and inventory management functions.
- Enter and validate production data using SAP, EWM and other warehouse management systems.
- Analyze, report, and correct production data including usage transactions, production process errors, and quantity transactions to support manufacturing efficiency.
- Maintain product structures in the inventory system.
- Monitor product quality.
- Directly supervise team with daily objectives, maintaining daily reports.
- Maintain consistent and reliable and reliable transfer for information between all departments and personnel.
- All other duties as assigned.
- MUST BE OPEN TO WORK ALL SHIFTS.
REQUIREMENTS
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 2+ years’ experience in a manufacturing, military, or related environment
- 1+ years’ leadership experience in a manufacturing, military, or related environment
This position has a salary range of $68,000 - $97,000 Please note that the salary provided is a good faith estimate for the position. The final salary offer will be determined after reviewing relevant factors, which include a candidate’s qualifications and experience, where appropriate.
