POSITION OVERVIEW
The purpose of the Supply Chain Analyst II is to maintain the compliance of global import and export supply chains for the organization.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
-
Solve complex import and export transactions.
-
Prepare information for the entry of goods into the United States including: Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS), Certificate of Origin (COO), value, Incoterms, and descriptions.

Create reports to capture the global duty impact and 301 tariffs.
-
Manage the Fair-Trade Agreement (FTA) process from solicitation to completing certificates for OEM’s.
-
Collect, enter, and present data using spreadsheets, databases globally.

Complete Global recordkeeping responsibilities.

Maintain online systems for compliance including ACE, OneSource, and Trade Wizards.
-
Develop online system tools using Business Intelligence (BI) to streamline supply chain activities.
-
Participate and assist in developing Quarterly Business Reviews with brokers.
-
Assist with the execution of special projects related to customs matters, import and export procedures.
-
Update and maintain internal compliance procedures for related activities.
-
Other duties as assigned.

Utilize policies, manuals and desktop procedures in daily activities in accordance with merchandise importation regulations.

Maintain knowledge of other government agency requirements, such as USDA, FDA, EPA, Lacey Act, AD/CVD and import/export regulations.

Maintaining high level of honesty, integrity, and confidentiality with respect to company matters.

Complying with all Company policies and procedures, safety regulations, company safety policies and safely perform all duties, including but not limited to, promoting a safe workplace.
WHAT TO BRING
-
4-Year degree in Supply Chain Management, Business or other related field.
-
2-5 years of experience working in a supply chain environment, including areas of customs compliance such as classification, valuation, assists, country of origin, recordkeeping, C-TPAT, Free Trade Agreements and ISA.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Experience with trade software products.
