Performance Health is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to join our team. The Supply Chain Analyst is a skilled supply chain professional. They will report directly to the VP of Supply Chain and will work cross-functionally with the Director of Finance responsible for the inventory balance sheet. Their primary responsibility is to design, develop and maintain reporting metrics and models to support the supply chain team. The Supply Chain Analyst will have knowledge of all vendors, product categories and customer segments. Through financial/master data analysis, they will evaluate vendor performance, inventory strategy and planning methodology. The Supply Chain Analyst will support and work to optimize all functions in the supply chain, including demand planning, supply planning and purchasing and vendor compliance and finance.Essential Job Duties & ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop and implement reporting metrics for the supply chain teamAnalyze and report data outcomes to the supply chain leadership teamSupport supply chain functions with ad-hoc reporting requestsProvide insight and recommendations for process optimizationIdentify data gaps and support the upload of data when neededExecute monthly reporting of target metrics for the supply chain functionCollaborate with and support cross functional partners (sourcing, finance) with reporting needsPerforms other duties as assigned Job Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field 2-4 years of purchasing and planning experience in related industry including inventory management experience, excess and obsolete inventory management. Experience with financial reporting, P&L and balance sheet management.Intermediate/advanced Excel skills including formulas and pivot table creation/analysisAbility to work with others from different functional areas and levels within and outside the organizationExcellent organizational, decision making and analytical skillsStrong math skills with an understanding of statisticsKnowledge of process improvement tools and techniques (lean, 6 sigma etc.)Proficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job duty satisfactorily.
