We are hiring a Supply Chain Analyst who will help Propeller Industries' clients improve the efficiency of their supply chain operations through data collection and analysis. This role will give you exposure and experience in providing a variety of inventory management-related services to clients across Propeller’s portfolio of more than 400 early-stage Startup companies. In collaboration with Supply Chain VPs and Directors, you will work with clients' Inventory Management systems to ensure the clients’ supply meets their customers’ demand.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain demand and supply planning tools for clients on a regular cadence
  • Keep inventory management system up to date and utilize reporting functions
  • Analyze sales data to determine forecast in conjunction with business changes and monitor planned vs. actual performance 
  • Responsible for replenishing the supply of finished goods (and raw materials and packaging) based on forecasted needs and lead times
  • Develop/ review/adjust appropriate inventory levels for Raw, WIP and Finished Goods
  • Proactively identify supply issues and propose solutions
  • Identify opportunities for improvement related to planning for growth and look for opportunities for cost savings
  • Familiarity with procurement, customer service, and logistics functions ideal

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 - 3 years in an operations focused roles such as Inventory or Supply Chain Analyst 
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Experience using inventory management software along with reporting analytics
  • Capable of using quantitative and qualitative problem-solving skills to assess demand and supply problem solving needs
  • Great team player with a strong work ethic along with organizational skills 
  • Comfortable with project work and ambiguity, and an ability to delve into details and adapt to shifting priorities
  • Good communication skills with the ability to distill complex thoughts and strategies into simple, actionable recommendations to the Client’s team 
  • Ability to manage multiple client workstreams in an organized manner and respond to ad-hoc requests in a timely and efficient manner
