Supply Chain Analytics Consultant
The Supply Chain Analytics Consultant is member of the Supply Chain Analytics team that identifies, leads, and delivers advanced analytics and insights to Supply Chain. The Supply Chain Analytics team is part of the Strategy, Capabilities & Transform team and works closely with the Analytics team in India center, Transform team, Risk COE, Data & Technology and the PMO. The Analytics Consultant enhances Supply Chain decision making with data and analytics leveraging a problem-solving mindset. The Analytics Consultant will provide advanced analytics and actionable insights to OU and pillar teams about our End-to-End Supply Chain.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Internal Consulting Leadership

Maintaining an active business partnership with functional leadership for strategic planning, new idea feasibility testing, and on-going operations

Providing leadership, project management and analysis for the development and implementation of analytical solutions that support business objectives such as capacity management, manufacturing and production planning, network optimization, sourcing and inbound network optimization and transportation optimization
Supply Chain Analytics

Implement operations research solutions in the areas of Network Design, Network Planning, Production and Capacity Planning and Demand Planning

Analyze complex data sets, develop business insights, apply problem solving mindset and develop analytical solutions to solve business problems

Researching, developing, and implementing new methodologies and techniques that enable superior business performance, and leveraging external partnerships with academic and industry organizations

Applying mathematical modeling methods, including linear programming, mixed integer programming, simulation; and statistical methods including time series analysis, multiple linear regression, analysis of variance, and design of experiments to provide solutions to complex business questions
Project Management

Directly and indirectly leading project teams and resources to meet organizational priorities to optimize project delivery dates, resource effectiveness and team learning and development, including working with cross-functional (Supply Chain, Sales, Finance and D&T) project teams on modeling project scope, design, alignment, execution, and tracking
QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree
-
Must have 3-5 years of industry experience in Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field

Preferred experience in the area of supply chain data and analytics

Strong track record of innovation aptitude, ability to apply supply chain principles, and problem solving

Strong leadership skills, including experience leading others in projects or programs, and the ability to successfully interact with individuals representing other areas or interests

Ability to identify potential business solutions involving a broad scope of thinking across businesses and functions to develop innovation

Experience with physical goods and data flow processes of multiple core areas in supply chain, including demand planning, supply planning, manufacturing, sourcing, warehousing, and transportation
The salary range for this position $89,200 ‐ $133,900.
