Location: Onalaska, WI
Compensation: $20.00-$26.00/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
Purpose & Summary: Dynamic provides end-of-life electronic recycling to keep technology out of landfills, and as a Supply Chain Coordinator, you will be responsible for identifying the best downstream sales channels for the material we produce, and coordinating with operations and logistics to achieve scheduled shipment deadlines and meet quality standards. This is an analytical position, requiring the ability to critically evaluate load reconciliations, material downgrades, and shipping options to balance value and risk.
Responsibilities include:
Education & Experience: High school diploma or equivalent, and one year of relevant experience.
Successful Candidate Profile: This role requires working with and through others, and the most successful candidates will be strong communicators who are able to generate enthusiasm and motivation in others. The work moves at a faster than average pace, and requires a strong attention to detail and accuracy, and a tenacity to drive results. Processes, procedures, and policies must be adhered to closely to avoid business risk.
Skills and Abilities:
Outstanding candidates will also have familiarity basic accounting and financial principles, and strong excel skills.
