Supply Chain Infrastructure Analyst II

Essential Job Duties:

• Collaborate with departments within Supply Chain to identify, investigate, and provide resolutions for operational issues in the ERP and act as a liaison between the functional teams and the third party tier 2 and tier 3 support teams.
• Create and maintain company master files in the current ERP to facilitate the onboarding and off-boarding process for both acute and non-acute sites.
• Maintain existing rosters of facilities and the associated provider accounts for non-acute sites with external partners (e.g. GPO, Specific Initiative Suppliers)
• Design and develop new integrations for data processing and reporting with external third party vendors to drive savings and efficiency.
• Partner with functional requesters to identify and design data extracts and reports based on business need specifications.
• Identify areas for improvement in processes and assist management for implementation of new protocols.
• Assist in testing ERP system patches as it relates to Supply Chain departments

Qualifications:

• High school diploma required
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• At least 4 years of Healthcare Supply Chain experience required
• At least 3 years of ERP or EMR Master Data management required
• At least 2 years of application or user provisioning support required
• At least 3+ years of Lawson or Oracle ERP experience
