What is in it for me?

Collaborate with cross functional teams on projects and solutions dedicated to customer service and delivery
Drive improvements through Industrial solutions in compliance with the Schneider Production System (SPS) lean principles and conform to safety standards
Design and develop sustainable methods for calculating raw stock needs for dynamic production schedules
Work closely with Production Schedulers on process improvement, troubleshooting, and root causing
Lead or support Lean/Kaizen activities
Hands on support for inventory disposition and mitigation

Are actively pursing a degree in Supply Chain or Industrial Engineering
Possess leadership qualities and the ability to facilitate conflicts
Are self-motivated and self-directed with a sense of urgency
Have a solid work ethic - honors responsibility and commitment
Have strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
Have SAP experience
Possess excellent communication and team collaboration skills (English language)
Possess proven ability to achieve results
Have exceptional leadership, interpersonal, problem solving, project management, and communication skills
Have the ability to set overall priorities and form action plans to implement and monitor for results
