Job Description:
OVERVIEW
The Strategy, Capabilities, and Transformation team has established a Risk & Resilience team focused on preparing for, detecting, and establishing initial response efforts for emerging risks that could disrupt our supply chain (SC).
The Supply Chain Resilience Manager will establish and lead our approach to building resilience across the supply chain in support of our business/Operating Unit (OU) teams. This role will include building capabilities to enable proactive actions to prevent supply chain disruptions where possible. Additionally, a key responsibility will include consulting with teams and providing guidance for how to leverage data and insights to inform the development of business cases that enable supply chain resilience.

This critical role will be interfacing with SC leadership and OU leadership, setting strategic direction as a part of the Prepare Pillar within the Risk & Resilience Center Of Excellence (COE). Aligning work with the Enterprise Resiliency framework and connected into key partner teams (e.g., Enterprise Risk Mgmt, Global Security, Issues Mgmt, etc.) The Supply Chain Resilience Manager will be responsible for building routines to ensure ongoing long-term resilience building across Plan, Source, Make, Deliver, Customer and connected into each of the OU businesses.

This Manager will coach and develop others to better understand how to establish resiliency into their business/operations. In this role, you will gain end-to-end supply chain experience and partnerships across OU teams. You will work with teams to create resources and capabilities aligned with data and tools that are integrated into process to sustain resilience routines.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
  • Own and develop the ‘Prepare’ phase of the Risk & Resilience framework, which includes building resilience across our Supply Chain and into our Operating Units (OUs)
  • Build resources to educate teams and establish skillsets for building resilience plans
  • Influence leaders and teams on the approach of taking proactive actions to prevent supply chain disruptions and protect sales and margin in an increasingly volatile operating environment
  • Inform Risk & Resilience agile development technology team process/tool/data needs to mature proactive capabilities
  • Build ongoing communication and awareness routines to drive proactive risk and resilience awareness across teams and ensure key stakeholders are informed, aware, and invest in longer term actions that minimize risk using available internal data and external insights
  • Connect externally through benchmarking and peer connections to inform Prepare-Building Resilience strategy in the near term as well as for ongoing program maturity glidepath plans
  • Gain alignment with key stakeholders and business leaders on resilience processes and tools and proactive planning to prevent risks/disruptions
  • Lead the deployment of the OU SC Risk Assessment Framework and connectivity to strategic planning/Long Range Plan routines

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 8+ years of experience across Supply Chain and/or Supply Chain Risk
  • Highly motivated and action-oriented with strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to set direction and effectively influence others
  • Thrives in ambiguity and times of significant change
  • Proven track record of strong collaboration skills across distance and difference
  • Learning Mindset and Integrated Supply Chain Mindset with an outside in capability
  • A self-starter, comfortable navigating ambiguity and unstructured opportunities

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Supply Chain experience
  • Experience working with and gaining senior leadership buy-in to strategies/decisions
  • Able to lead through influence and drive business results in a challenging environment with competing priorities
  • Risk Mgmt experience.
