Description

The Supply Chain Specialist will report to and support the Senior Supplier Manager in processing and monitoring all aspects of Global Operations and Imports as well as Purchasing and Sourcing.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

· Create and issue Purchase Orders to suppliers.

· Monitor and track new and replenishment production and shipments.

· Monitor and track sample production and shipments for trade shows and VIP customer requests.

· Report any updates to suppliers’ milestone dates to Senior Supplier Manager.

· Collect and organize part samples and cover swatches for sourcing and quality review.

· Process orders for replacement parts for Customer Experience requests.

· Provide any other administrative support to Senior Supplier Manager.

Desired qualification and experience:

· Bachelor’s degree preferred.

· 5+ years of experience.

· Ability to communicate professionally, in both verbal and written correspondence.

· Strong interpersonal skills and critical thinking required.

· Must have the ability to work independently and multi-task with excellent organizational and planning skills.

· Ability to handle pressure in a fast-paced environment and provide top quality care to our customer’s satisfaction.

· Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
