Position Summary
We are currently seeking a successful candidate that will be responsible for handling the needs of our customers, processing documentation that accompanies the movement of construction equipment and attachments and performing other administrative and other duties as necessary in the daily operation of JCB North America.
The successful candidate will possess a high degree of energy and enthusiasm; drive and motivation to grow and develop their career. Candidates will be at the forefront interaction between the JCB sales team, Order Fulfillment, JCB corporate and other departments as needed.

Essential Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Perform administrative functions, including but not limited to, order processing and invoicing, creation of purchase orders against the factory, creation of workorders, and machine release.
- Validation of machine inventory including review of current machine orders to pull or push out orders pending vessel schedule, build plan, or attachment lead time.
- Run, analyze, verify and complete required reports and maintain spreadsheet.
- Provide accurate information and assistance to Sales team, which includes determining pick-up and/or delivery needs, problem resolution, updating systems to meet customer special handling requirements, selling company services and provide potential leads to sales.
- Assist our sales team via phone or e-mail in all inquiries, including but not limited to, tracking shipments, rate quotes, tariff discrepancies, billing and/or invoicing questions, etc.
- Communicate with sales, operations and other service centers and/or departments to ensure customer’s needs are achieved and all issues are resolved.
- Observe experienced workers to acquire knowledge of methods, procedures, and standards required for performance of departmental duties.
- Provide outstanding support and assistance to JCB's dealers and customers.
- Learn facets of the construction equipment business to prepare for future roles within the organization.
- Perform other duties as required.
Minimum Qualifications
- Four (4) year college degree with an agriculture and/or business focus
- Must be able to work full-time
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Competencies
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software
- Comfortable in an open office environment and operating (or learning to operate) heavy equipment
- Technical competence a plus
- Must be customer service oriented, analytical, articulate, confident, persistent, organized, and have a high energy level
- Must have excellent follow-through skills
- Must be a self-starter
