SupplyHouse.com is a rapidly growing e-commerce company specializing in plumbing, electrical, and HVAC. We seek a Safety and Training Team Lead to enhance safety and training operations in our Texas Fulfillment Center.

Responsibilities

Cross-train in various fulfillment center departments
Coordinate and train new hires and existing team members
Introduce new hires to safety methods during orientation
Develop and administer training processes
Manage all instructor-led trainings and sessions
Create accident prevention and safety plans
Investigate accidents and implement preventative measures

Education

High school diploma or equivalent
