Account Supervisor The Account Supervisor (AS) is a brand champion who demonstrates strong ownership of the brand and keeps the focus on brand success. They manage their business fully autonomously while mentoring junior level team members. About the Job • Ensures client is kept apprised of status of all jobs and ongoing progress. • Delivers recommendations for programs, big ideas, and incremental income. • Handles objections well and defends agency position/work. • Ensure all members of the brand team keep focused on what's best for the brand. • Actively participates in strategic development. • Leads creative and account teams in the development of breakthrough creatives. • Ensures high quality agency output, reflective of consistently superior creative product. • Constructively reviews creative to enhance its impact on building the brand. • Maintains financial control of all client work (estimates, jobs, fees, billing). • Spearheads preparation of strategic options, copy strategy and creative. • Provides clear direction and establishes expectations for subordinates. • Delegates tasks as appropriate while ensuring quality meets agency standards. • Evaluates performance of account team members and makes developmental recommendations. About You • You demonstrate receptivity to your developing managerial skills. • 4-5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical advertising space. • You're an excellent communicator and listener. • You're a stellar presenter. • You're passionate about the health space and creative products. Salary Range $75,000 to $90,000 annually. The salary range for this position is noted within this job posting.
