Senior Partnerships Manager

From the largest global media websites to individual bloggers and content creators – the Affiliates team works hard to drive Surfshark’s growth via our partner network. Ahrefs, SimilarWeb, Salesforce, Google Analytics, MixMax, TUNE (HasOffers) are just several tools this team uses to build their wisdom. Affiliates blend business development, communication, and negotiation skills with digital marketing and data analysis to achieve their ambitious goals. And now they are looking for someone to join their forces.


If you want to:
  • Manage and grow relationships with existing strategic affiliate partners in North America and the EU;
  • Research, contact and negotiate new partnerships targeting both affiliates that are already in the industry and potential partners that are new to the space;
  • Negotiate custom deals, commission structures, and promotional opportunities with strategic partners;
  • Implement performance incentives and rewards to motivate and retain high-value affiliates;
  • Analyze performance data and optimize campaigns to improve ROAS for key affiliates;
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor strategies to maintain a competitive edge.


And you can check off:
  • 5+ years of experience in strategic partnerships marketing, key account management, or key affiliate management;
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining successful strategic partnerships;
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills;
  • Excellent analytical and data interpretation abilities;
  • Strong relationship-building & good English communication skills;
  • Goal and growth-oriented mindset.


Bonus points if you:
  • Have experience with tools like Ahrefs, SimilarWeb, Salesforce, MixMax, Looker, Impact, CJ, Tune (HasOffers);
  • Are familiar with affiliate marketing platforms and technologies;
  • Have basic digital marketing knowledge: SEO, CRO, content marketing, display advertising.
