Surgical Technologist (Up to 10K Sign-On)

Hiring Incentives:

Sign on bonus for candidates with more than 1 year of experience will be $10K and $5K in relocation assistance. For candidates with less than 1 year of experience, the sign on bonus is $2.5K and $5K for relocation assistance.

Job Description:

We are hiring a Surgical Technologist II with a focus on neuro/trauma surgeries. As a Surgical Technologist II, you will assist the circulating Registered Nurse in providing perioperative care to surgical patients. Your responsibilities include preparing the operating room, sterilizing instruments, and maintaining a sterile environment. Attendance at an accredited surgical tech program and clinical rotation is required.

Qualifications:

• Graduated from an accredited surgical technologist program or vocational school of nursing.
• Experience in neuro/trauma surgeries preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Familiarity with surgical procedures and sterile techniques.
