Organization:SC - Sansum ClinicPosition Overview:Responsible for the coordination of patient care services to patients and their families. Uses organizational, clinical, communication, and problem solving skills to assist in managing the patient work flow. Serves as a role model and clinical expert for the delivery of professional nursing care and provides leadership in developing and maintaining optimal patient care standards. Effectively provides age appropriate patient care.
