As the Senior Vice President of Global Marketing at Radancy, you will be responsible for evolving and managing the company’s brand. This includes developing and implementing branding strategies as well as monitoring how the brand is perceived by customers, prospects, investors and industry analysts. You will execute and inform the Radancy go-to-market strategy and play a critical role in driving the company's software growth. Your experience developing and executing effective SaaS marketing strategies across the globe and demonstrating measurable business outcomes will make you successful in this role. This individual will initially report directly to Radancy’s CEO.

Develop and execute the global marketing strategy in alignment with the company's overall business goals and objectives.

Build and manage a high-performing global SaaS marketing team, providing leadership, guidance, and mentorship to achieve marketing goals and objectives.

Develop and implement marketing programs and campaigns across various channels, including digital marketing, SEO, content marketing, social media, email marketing, events, and other relevant platforms, to drive brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and support the sales funnel and customer retention.

Collaborate closely with the Customer Success and Sales teams to ensure marketing efforts are integrated with sales initiatives and drive revenue growth through demand generation, lead nurturing, and customer retention strategies.

Work with Industry Analysts to promote Radancy’s SaaS offering and positioning as the industry leader.

Utilize marketing automation tools and technologies to optimize marketing processes, track and analyze marketing performance metrics, and provide data-driven insights to improve marketing effectiveness and ROI.

Develop and manage relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors as warranted to support marketing initiatives and maximize the impact of marketing efforts.

Stay up to date with HRTech industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities and drive innovation in marketing strategies and tactics.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Marketing, Creative, Customer Success, and New Business, to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with company goals, product positioning, and customer needs.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

12+ years of experience in global marketing roles in SaaS companies. Working in the Private Equity space is a plus.

Proven and demonstrable track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that have resulted in measurable business outcomes, including revenue growth, lead generation, and customer acquisition.

Deep understanding of digital marketing channels, marketing automation tools, and performance metrics, with the ability to analyze data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.

Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to build, motivate, and develop a high-performing global marketing team.

Passion for technology, talent management, and the evolving landscape of the HR tech industry is highly valued.
Salary Range: USD $180,000.00-$200,000.00*
