About the role 

SweetRush is seeking a dynamic Communications/Change Management Specialist to lead the development and execution of an impactful LMS launch communication strategy for our client's global team. In this role, you'll leverage your expertise in communications and change management to craft and implement plans that deliver measurable results. We're looking for a professional with a strong ability to align messaging with user experience and business objectives, and provide strategic communication guidance that maximizes engagement and adoption.

Responsibilities

As a Communications/Change Management Specialist, you will develop and execute a comprehensive LMS launch communication plan. You will craft strategic roadmaps and communication strategies to support the launch, driving engagement and adoption.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Developing and implementing end-to-end communication strategies and launch objectives.


Defining the optimal communication approach, including timing, channel selection, and messaging.


Proactively identifying potential challenges and developing mitigation strategies.


Developing detailed communication plans encompassing messaging frameworks, channel strategies, and timelines.


Consulting on the production of engaging communication assets, such as emails, presentations, and multimedia content, in collaboration with SweetRush.


Providing expert guidance on communication best practices, incorporating change management principles.


Establishing metrics to evaluate communication effectiveness and providing data-driven recommendations.

Required Skills

Proven experience in developing and executing communication strategies for global organizational launches,tech-focused (e.g., LMS, intranet, HRIS) is highly preferred.


Demonstrated ability to craft communication strategies, define objectives, and develop actionable roadmaps.


Understanding of cultural nuances and success in planning the development of communication that resonates with global audiences.


Ability to build strong stakeholder relationships, communicate updates, and manage expectations.


Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. 


Consulting on the production of engaging communication assets, such as emails, presentations, and multimedia content, in collaboration with SweetRush.


Providing expert guidance on communication best practices, incorporating change management principles.


Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and experience in communicating LMS features and benefits to users
