POSITION SUMMARY:
Swing Education is seeking a motivated and dynamic Junior Human Resources Business Partner (Jr. HRBP) to support our growing organization. As part of the People Operations Team, you'll help handle HR-related inquiries and provide timely and accurate information to employees and managers. The Jr. HRBP will work closely with the HR team and business leaders to deliver effective HR solutions that align with the company's goals and values. This role will focus on providing guidance and support in areas such as employee relations, performance management, and talent development.
