We are hiring a best in class Demand Gen Campaign Manager for the world's largest provider of CRM software - this is an exciting opportunity to join an incredible company culture and work fully remote, on a contractual basis through March 2025.Role Overview:As our Demand Gen Campaign Manager, you will be at the forefront of our global marketing efforts. You’ll design and execute high-impact campaigns that boost brand awareness, drive pipeline growth, and influence revenue. Your role will involve crafting strategic and tactical recommendations, targeting key audiences, and exploring innovative marketing channels. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and excel at clear communication and presentation, we want to hear from you!Key Responsibilities:• Campaign Execution: Develop and implement global demand generation campaigns across various channels, including display ads, content syndication, paid social, email marketing, and webinars. Innovate with new tactics and strategies to achieve campaign goals.• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams such as Creative, Content, Technical Marketing, International, Events, and Go-to-Market to coordinate resources, manage project timelines, and keep all stakeholders informed.• Process Improvement: Support and enhance global campaign planning processes, including the development of international campaigns and content management.• Performance Tracking: Monitor campaign performance, provide data-driven insights, and optimize programs to maximize impact. Analyze the effects of campaign activities on sales pipeline, revenue, and demand funnel velocity.• Innovation: Identify and test new marketing channels and promotional tactics to keep our campaigns fresh and effective.• Global Execution: Help regional teams adapt and execute campaigns internationally, ensuring alignment with local needs and preferences.• Reporting: Create and present insightful reports on campaign performance and strategic findings to management and the broader organization.Preferred Qualifications:• 5+ years of experience in demand generation and campaign management, preferably in a B2B environment.• Strong strategic, creative, and analytical skills with a knack for crafting engaging campaigns that resonate with target audiences.• Passion for data-driven results and the ability to present insights in a clear, actionable manner.• Self-motivated and adaptable, thriving in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple projects with tight deadlines.• Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills with a proven ability to work cross-functionally.• Proficiency in using tools such as Salesforce, Tableau, Google Slides, Docs, Sheets, and Analytics.Why Join Us?• Be part of a high-growth company with a dynamic team.• Work on impactful projects that drive significant business outcomes.• Enjoy a collaborative and innovative work environment.• Competitive salary and benefits package.If you’re ready to take your marketing career to the next level and make a real impact, we’d love to hear from you.
