Your responsibilities include:• Planning and managing events such as executive meetings, receptions, dinners, town halls, and employee gatherings.• Researching and proposing innovative and creative event and entertainment options.• Overseeing pre-, onsite, and post-event logistics to ensure a seamless experience.• Utilizing tools like Salesforce (ticketing, tracking, and reporting).• Managing vendor relationships, including caterers and agencies, to secure favorable terms and high-quality services.• Maintaining event playbooks, procedures, and statistics for continuous improvement.• Coordinating internal event spaces and schedules via G-Cal.• Multitasking across multiple events and projects while ensuring high attention to detail.Who You AreYou are a highly organized and personable professional who thrives in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
