• Experience working with healthcare companies/businesses is REQUIRED*
• The Clients Enterprise Content team is the planning and operations throughline across full-org content needs. We provide internal teams with content strategy, planning, and execution oversight in an omni-channel capacity, helping to connect the dots amongst the goals of content and how it shows up for our audiences/customers.
• A primary channel that reports directly to the Enterprise Content Manager and is used as a brand extension of Enterprise Content needs is our Organic Social channels (FB, IG, TT, Threads, X, and YouTube).
• We’re in need of creative support specific to social content due to an increased demand for Organic Social channel use as an org, new organic social strategy, and the expedited speed that social content demands on our creative team who are already very strapped for time/resources.
Day-to-Day:
• Those brought on would have MWF morning meetings with our Social Community Managers, Enterprise Content lead, and Social Intelligence teams. In those meetings, the collective group discuss relevant social trends, healthcare/wellness news, and any actionable content needs for our channels. Fresh, new, and innovative approaches to our social feeds are welcomed and needed! Contractors would then work directly with the Social CMs and Enterprise Content to develop any net-new content needs that come from those meetings – aligning priority sales promotions, products, or brand voice into the assets.
• Ongoing, we plan content for our channels quarterly that relate to Marketing Initiatives, Holiday Observances, and additional Enterprise requests. There will be a steady queue of content needs from those quarterly plans that contractors would also help to develop in tandem with our Social CMs and EC team.
• Lastly, urgent needs do arise at any given time due to the nature of our business (sales-driving retail efforts, always-on health/wellness news, etc.) – contractors would be expected to help manage their workloads to help us move on those urgent needs with creative problem solving and new content creation when applicable.
