Remote Data Entry Specialist

Swoon is currently looking for a remote Data Entry Specialist for a major technology company • Location: Remote • Duration: 7 Months... • Pay Rate: $21/h Responsibilities: • Assist with team reporting and dashboards in Asana and Salesforce • Review customer contracts for branding and marketing agreements and record in Okta databases. • Maintain and report on Customer Marketing account repository in Asana • Maintain team documents, folders, systems, etc. and suggest alternatives to help the team work more efficiently • Help project manage customer marketing programs, ie: customer hero photo shoots to include scheduling, staffing, routing content for customer approval, and building and updating trackers in Google sheets Company Description• Come get Swoon’d!! • Swoon handles the staffing need of over 80 Fortune 500 clients. • We have won Best and Brightest Companies to Work for in the Nation Award 6 years in a row. • Swoon was also awarded the Inc. 5000 Fastest Growing Private Companies in the US from 2016 – 2020
