We’re building out our sales team with the goal of scaling our success with enterprise customers. There are extensive untapped opportunities in both new business and account expansion. What You’ll Do
Prospecting
- Develop territory plan for maximizing pipeline and quota attainment
- Identify ICP accounts / contacts & build lists in collaboration with SDR to target for outbound prospecting
- Craft relevant messaging via Email, LinkedIn, Cold Call
- Work collaboratively with Marketing to maximize the return on events and top of funnel activities.
Sales Process
- Effectively qualify opportunities and navigate prospects through the sales process from Discovery > Demo > Scoping > Proposal > POC > Close > Renew
- Clearly communicate the value & differentiation of the HumanFirst platform to qualified prospects as it relates to their business needs and objectives
- Engage with executive stakeholders across our customers / prospects to gain buy in for the HumanFirst solution
Forecasting
- Accurately forecast closed revenue per quarter and provide regular updates to sales leadership on progress against Commit, Best Case, and open Pipeline.
Sales Operations
- Maintain accurate records in Salesforce CRM pertaining to open opportunities including data like: Next Steps, Close Date, Stage, ARR, CW/CL reasons, Competitor, MEDDPICC
Requirements
- 2 year min experience as an AE or min 9 months in current role at HumanFirst.
- Demonstrated success in achieve sales quotas in a B2B SaaS role with average order values in excess of $50,000 ARR
- Track record of working collaboratively with SDRs in building co-ordinated prospecting strategies
- Demonstrated interest in AI, LLMs, and their applications in a business context
- Autonomous learner, entrepreneurial spirit, coachable
- Exceptional written, verbal, and in person communication skills
- You have strong time management skills
- Located in Canada and ability to work remotely
Nice to Have
- Ideally 2 years experience specifically in enterprise B2B SaaS sales (1k employees +)
- Proficiency with Salesforce, LinkedIn Navigator, Apollo, Nooks
- Ability to travel internationally up to 3 x per quarter depending on business needs
- Experience selling to Customer Experience leaders and/or AI solutions.
- Located in Vancouver, BC or Montreal, QC
