Sales Development Representative, LATAM
Position Overview:
We are seeking a remote Sales Development Representative for a full-time role. In this position, you will make outbound calls to potential clients, promote our services, schedule appointments, and generate leads. You will also gather market insights and provide feedback to the sales team.

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients
• Promote our services and secure bookings
• Generate and nurture leads
• Collect and report market information
• Provide feedback to the sales team
Requirements:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven experience in sales or cold calling
• Ability to build rapport and relationships over the phone
• Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Familiarity with digital marketing is a plus
• Independent and capable of remote work
• Experience in the staffing industry is advantageous
Compensation:
• Initially commission-only
• Base salary provided after setting appointments and closing 5 deals
• Increased base salary and commission after closing 10 deals
