Why this job is important
This role is responsible for generating new sales revenue and identifying prospective client business needs across the North America Syndicated business through selling net new logos to our largest Retail/CPG/Financial Services/Agencies prospects through consultative selling and negotiating.
What you’ll be doing

Identifies new business opportunities using personally established network, existing knowledge of the market research landscape, and conducting analysis of marketplace data

Identifies strategic targets and creates relationships with key contacts and prospective clients using the Kantar client network as well as personally established network

Maintains sales pipeline, forecasts revenues, and provides regular activity reports to management; uses internal systems (Salesforce, Maconomy, etc) to track sales activity

Leads RFP and proposal development process in data engineering space, including collaborating with relevant internal teams, coordinating client timelines, developing pitch and proposal collateral that resonates with clients and tells a differentiated story; plays a lead client-facing role from initial outreach through final proposal presentation

Conducts client meetings to build and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction across all products

Understands the competitive landscape and report back to the organization on points of differentiation

Understands financial implications (gross margin, job profit, operating profit, forecasting, pipeline management) and negotiate pricing with a client/decision maker directly
The skills & experience needed

10+ years of quota-carrying sales experience with insights solutions; selling to Mid-Senior leaders in Retail, CPG, Advertising, Financial Services and Marketing industries

Shown success generating revenue with multi-million-dollar new business/new logo quota attainment and subscribing products

A hunting mentality with experience using existing network of client relationships/”rolodex” of contacts and generating leads

The salary range for this role in Georgia is $88,700-$147,800. Your final base salary will be determined based on several factors which may include but are not limited to location, work experience, skills, knowledge, education and/or certifications.
