You take pride in your work and are committed to enhancing productivity and setting industry standards through cutting-edge AI solutionsWhat You’ll Be Doing:Working on a small team that does solution-focused research and prototyping for GenAI methods to help solve problems for users.• Design internal and external products to improve employee productivity using GenAI & CoPilot experiences.• Develop applications to enable simplified access to AI features across multiple domains.• Architecting Generative AI and Deep Learning applications tailored to Custom Mixed Signal design challenges.• Conducting experiments to evaluate model performance, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing optimizations.• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and develop scalable solutions that align with business objectives.• Communicating complex technical concepts and findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.• Driving innovation in new generative AI approaches and staying up-to-date on the latest research in the field.The Impact You Will Have:• Enhance employee productivity through innovative GenAI solutions.• Facilitate seamless integration of AI solutions into existing applications, improving overall user experience.• Ensure fast GenAI application prototyping through development infrastructure streamlining.• Lead the adoption of cutting-edge technologies and frameworks, setting new industry standards.• Drive the development of high-performance, scalable AI solutions that meet the evolving needs of the business.• Empower teams to leverage AI technologies effectively, fostering a culture of innovation.What You’ll Need:• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field• 2+ years of experience applying machine learning and AI methods to engineering problems.• Understanding on Analog design is an added bonus.• Proficiency in Python and a solid background in data structures and algorithms.• Experience with LLMs, GPT models, and other generative AI techniques.• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.• Excellent communication and presentation skills.Who You Are:• A collaborative team player and an independent problem-solver.• An excellent communicator capable of translating complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.• A continuous learner who stays updated with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning.• Proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision.The Team You’ll Be A Part Of:You will be part of a dynamic and forward-thinking team focused on developing and integrating cutting-edge solutions. We work closely with various departments to ensure our products enhance overall productivity and user experience.The base salary range across the U.S. for this role is between $107,000 - $186,000. In addition, this role may be eligible for an annual bonus, equity, and other discretionary bonuses.
