People Operations Specialist

Synthesia is a leading AI video communication platform, simplifying video production for everyone. We are looking for a detail-oriented People Operations Specialist to manage various employee experience functions.

Skills

Strong organizational skills

Responsibilities

Manage the operational employee lifecycle including payroll input and benefits administration
Ensure smooth running of the onboarding program
Provide first point of support for employee queries
Maintain and update HRIS and source of truth
Assist with HR-related projects
Produce and analyze people and talent data

Education

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
