Marketing Executive – Loyalty and Campaigns
Ashford (hybrid – 1 day p/w in office)
We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic marketing executive to help contribute to and shape the development of a best-in-class customer loyalty programme. This role would suit a creative and digital savvy executive, ready to take on a role within our Commercial Marketing team.
You’ll be helping to turn the marketing strategy for mybrakes rewards into actionable plans and fantastic communications across relevant touchpoints that are data and insight driven and deliver our commercial objectives. You’ll be working closely with other functions to collaborate on plans and optimise performance, while seeking continual enhancement of the customer experience across key life stages e.g. joining, welcome, nurture, grow, customer feedback, retention, and reactivation.
