What you will do
  • In this 6 months contracting opportunity, you will report into the Director of Talent Acquisition, you will partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, define role requirements, and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Full-cycle recruitment for a variety of GTM roles, including Sales, Customer Success, and Support positions.
  • Proactively source and engage top talent through a variety of channels (LinkedIn, job boards, networking, referrals and more).
  • Promote the candidate experience by maintaining high-touch communication and engagement from sourcing through offer stage.
  • Develop relationships with key talent pools to meet both immediate and future hiring needs.
  • Ensure a diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI)-focused recruitment process.
  • Provide regular updates and data-driven insights on recruitment progress to hiring managers and leadership teams.


What you will bring with you
  • 8+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, with a focus on GTM roles (Sales, Customer Success, and Support) within the cyber security industry
  • Proven experience hiring for Sales roles, with an understanding of the dynamics of Sales teams and compensation structures.
  • Strong sourcing skills and the ability to identify and attract passive candidates.
  • Expertise in managing multiple requisitions and delivering results within tight timelines.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills; ability to influence and partner with senior leadership.
  • Familiarity with ATS systems (Lever), reporting and DEI recruitment tools.
  • Passionate about candidate experience and committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive hiring process.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Knowledge of compensation structures, incentives, and performance metrics for Sales, and CS teams
  • Strong understanding of DEI initiatives and practices within recruitment.

The U.S. hourly rate for this full-time contractor position is between $80 - $100 per hour. Actual rates may vary based on a variety of factors, including your work location, job-related experience, and education. The employment is based on a 6-month contractor arrangement
