Opportunity Summary:
The SaaS Systems Administrator ensures adherence to current standards and maintains a commitment to high quality implementations. This individual will provide technology expertise and guidance, remaining current with emerging technologies and industry best practices. They will take part in the evaluation of new technologies; and help define the feasibility of their integration and development.
Responsibilities:
- Integrate applications with SSO using SAML, SCIM and other provisioning technologies.

Ensure data integrity between SaaS tools.

Test and implement new services and keep up to date with features offered in existing services.

Merge and onboard SaaS services during Mergers & Acquisitions.
-
Collaborate on various initiatives with Security & Compliance.
-
Collaborate with internal IT teams to automate SaaS related tasks.
-
Serve as a point of escalation for the IT Support team on SaaS-related issues.

Create and maintain team and user facing policies and procedures.
-
Testing, debugging, and refining, systems, services and software.
-
Improving the efficiency and accessibility of services by making necessary enhancements.
-
Administering existing services, networks and environments.
- Develop and manage modernization projects for existing services and future environments.

Contributing and establishing information systems procedures, documentation and standards.

Working within schedule, technical, and cost constraints to translate product requirements into total systems solutions.

Support users and staff to resolve service, network and access related issues.
-
Increasing system compatibility and information sharing by linking SaaS services by utilizing scripting automations via API.

Conduct complex system requirements analysis, as necessary.

Perform cost and schedule estimations, as well as, overseeing systems and datacenter setup, installation and implementation.

Conduct business information/strategic systems planning and analysis, as appropriate.

Provide automated support tools and technical guidance as necessary.
Required Experience:
-
Experienced configuring SSO via SAML or OAuth
-
Experienced with SCIM, JIT and other provisioning technologies.
-
Experienced in administering Microsoft 365, Google Workspace and other common SaaS environments.
-
Able to create policies and guidelines for best practices within SaaS applications.
-
Familiar with systems oriented regulatory compliance requirements.
-
Security minded with a focus on honest-security principles and access controls.
-
Able to communicate and work with SaaS vendors to ensure successful changes and deployments.
-
Fundamental understanding of Windows and Linux operating systems, storage solutions and networking.

Experience supporting and deploying systems including cloud management (AWS, Azure), Virtualization platforms (VMware), UTM/Firewalls, VPN, Systems Monitoring, Systems Management.

Understands the enterprise interrelation of IT components.

PowerShell knowledge and scripting experience.

Experience with administration of Directory Services, LDAP, DNS, DHCP.

Must have excellent communication (oral and written), interpersonal, organizational, and presentation skills.

Experience with an IT service management, ticketing and tracking system. (ITIL)

Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate at all levels of the business.

Self-motivated, detail-oriented and organized.

Able to work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines.
Education:
-
Bachelor’s degree or technical institute degree/certificate in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field or equivalent combination of knowledge and experience. Relevant certifications a major plus.
